And now we have (healthy) food!

First of all, thank you, Fábio, for being willing to join us in Denmark 24 hours after we first spoke. It’ll be a crazy adventure, and we’ll create a whole food program together — starting from building the kitchen, growing our veggies, all the way to the restaurant and teaching our interns how to cook healthy AND tasty. Speaking of healthy and tasty food…..did we mention how grateful we are that you’re here :-D?

Second, we’d like to thank the hedgehog who moved into our (r)evolutionary biodiversity space underneath the office. We’re negotiating terms with him — how much food and extra padding he’d require to consent to wearing a webcam. He’s slightly prickly about it
