What are the rental prices?
We have two types of villa’s:
60m2 villa: 9250 DKK
100m2 villa: 15250 DKK
What’s included in the membership?
Daily farm-to-table breakfast & dinner from our vegetable garden (when possible, otherwise we’ll get our ingredients from other organic farms). If you don’t want to eat at the community kitchen, you can have take-away.
Unlimited access to the gym
Free access to weekly events and workshops
Total Value: 14.570 DKK per month
Farm-to-table breakfast & dinner every day: 5000 DKK.
Gym membership: 500 DKK.
Events: 720 DKK (180 DKK per event, 1 a week),
Workshops: 8800 DKK (1100 DKK per workshop, 2 a week)
What’s the price for a membership?
Adults: 3000 DKK pp
Adolescents: 1000 DKK pp (13-18 years old)
Kids: 500 DKK pp (4 -12 years old)
Baby’s: free (0-3 years old)
Why do I have to work 4 hours a week?
Short answer: to make it affordable. If we need to hire staff for everything that needs to be done it will be too expensive for most people.
Longer answer: we want to co-create a place where people thrive together. Where kids can grow up as amazing individuals. We believe that one of the ways of creating such a place is having a baseline of effort that needs to be put in by everyone. Which is our 4 hours of work.
What kind of voluntary work can I sign up for?

Are the villa’s furnished?
The houses will be built with some fixed furniture, like bed frames, window bench, closets and build-in couch. You can give your home a personal touch with soft furnishings and smaller items.
Why is a selection procedure necessary?
We have a lot more people interested in living with us than we have housing available, so that’s why we want to give everyone equal opportunity to sign up.

Can I bring my pets?
Yes, you can bring your furry friends as long as they like to live in a community as well and don’t cause any disturbances.
