We are growing…

Elleville Food Lab is up and running

And the first little sprouts are out already. Can’t wait to have our first Farm-to-Table meal at Elleville 🙂

We built it almost completely with re-used & upcycled materials, plus lamps we already had.

Soon, we’ll invite to come work on the land with us, till the soil, plant potatoes — and relax in the sauna and have Fabio’s amazing food together once we’re done. Please sign up here if you haven’t done so, yet.
